TECHNICAL ISSUES & TROUBLESHOOTING
App crashes / freezing / video won’t load
While this error is not common, it can occur from time to time. First, please check that your Internet connection is working well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider switching to Wi-Fi.
Also, if you’re using any type of VPN or proxy, we recommend turning it off, as this software may slow down your connection.
Compatibility & OS requirements
Please note that our app is only compatible with iOS 16 or later.
I cannot download the app
If you are experiencing issues when trying to download the Yoga-Go app, please make sure to check the following:
- Does your internet connection work well? - Are you using a VPN on your device? - Is there enough storage on your device? - Are you using the correct link to download the app? Find the appropriate link to the App Store here.
My daily progress suddenly changed
You can monitor your daily progress via the Activity tab, by scrolling to the Your History section. Here, you’ll see your total workout sets completed per day, minutes spent doing the exercises, and calories burned. However, if your daily progress has changed, please consider clearing your cache. To do this, go to Settings on your phone > General section > iPhone storage > Select the Yoga-Go app > Tap Offload App.
My workout or challenge progress is missing
You can monitor your progress in the Activity tab of the app, however, if you notice that a workout or challenge isn’t showing up in this tab, first check to make sure your Internet connection is stable. You can change the connection source from Wi-Fi to mobile, or vice versa.
Workout won’t start
First, make sure your Internet connection works well. If you are using a cellular connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi. We also recommend clearing your cache. Go to Settings on your phone > General section > iPhone storage > Select the Yoga-Go app > Tap Offload App. If clearing the cache doesn’t work, please restart your device or reinstall the app, following the next steps:
