How can I change the language of the app?

The Yoga-Go app interface is currently available in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Ukrainian. The workout audio is set to English by default, but you can adjust it to be in French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian. Here are instructions for how to adjust the app’s language.

How do I change to metric/imperial units?

To switch between kg/lbs or cm/in, open the app and go to:

Settings → Personal Details → Units → Make your updates → Tap Save

How do I delete my progress / reset my plan?

The app does not currently offer an option to delete progress or fully reset your plan, however, you can easily get a fresh start by updating your training settings.

To do this, just go to Settings → Plan Settings, adjust your preferences, and the app will generate a new training set for you.
