What if I miss a day?
We completely understand—life gets busy, and sometimes unexpected things come up that prevent us from getting our workout in.
To keep things flexible, your training plan automatically adjusts to you. If you skip a workout, don’t worry—it will simply be rescheduled to your next training day. This way, you can train whenever you can and won’t miss a thing.
However, note that your personal training plan and subscription period are not connected. That means that if you miss a workout, it won’t extend your subscription or add extra days to it.
