During sign-up, Yoga-Go asks a few quick questions about your fitness experience and goals. It only takes a couple of minutes and forms the foundation of your personalized workout plan.
Once your profile is complete, you will gain access to your personalized plan and all available challenges in the Yoga-Go app.
Your personalized plan is a 30-day plan, tailored to your data. A new set of practices unlocks each day. Please note that you can complete only one set per day—the next set becomes available the following day.
