You can add these workouts to the Your series collection to easily find them anytime you want to practice. Just tap on a workout set and the Join+ button.


Also, you can adjust your personal training plan in the app’s settings at any time by tapping Settings > Plan settings > Plan. Once there, you can change your plan to Chair Yoga with John. After making changes, the app will offer you another training set with a male instructor.
