How to turn off background music?

In the Yoga-Go app, there is a feature that lets you listen to music while you train. This feature allows you to enjoy soothing sounds or your favorite music while doing your daily practice. To adjust these settings, follow the below instructions.  

First, pause your workout and tap the Music icon as shown below:

I'm a beginner - what should I start with?

As the health of our users is a top priority for us, we strongly recommend getting in touch with your doctor before starting any workout program. 

When it comes to getting started, we recommend our most suitable beginner workouts, Chair Yoga Challenge and 7-Minute Morning Yoga.

What if I miss a day?

We completely understand—life gets busy, and sometimes unexpected things come up that prevent us from getting our workout in. 

To keep things flexible, your training plan automatically adjusts to you. If you skip a workout, don’t worry—it will simply be rescheduled to your next training day. This way, you can train whenever you can and won’t miss a thing. However, note that your personal training plan and subscription period are not connected. That means that if you miss a workout, it won’t extend your subscription or add extra days to it.

Where can I find Sofa and Chair Yoga for seniors?

In the Yoga-Go app, there are Sofa Yoga and Chair Yoga workouts that were designed primarily for seniors and yoga beginners. To find them in the app, follow the below instructions.

Where is my personal plan?

When signing up, you’ll fill in your specific parameters, including your goal, fitness level, weight, target weight, age, and physical activity level. This will help us provide you with a personalized workout plan that identifies the best challenges and workouts based on your parameters.

After you enter your personal information, the app will generate an individual 30-day plan based on your data. Every day, you will find a new set of practices in the app. Please note that you can only complete one training set per day, and the next one will only be available to you the next day.
