Where can I find Sofa and Chair Yoga for seniors?
In the Yoga-Go app, there are Sofa Yoga and Chair Yoga workouts that were designed primarily for seniors and yoga beginners. To find them in the app, follow the below instructions.
- Open the app.
- Go to Popular Now / Top Series for You and tap Explore All.
- Find Sofa Morning Yoga and Chair Yoga as noted below.

You may also want to try some of the other workouts listed under Popular Now / Top Series for You, such as Yoga for Weight Loss, Flat Belly & Strong Core, Somatic Yoga, Chair Yoga Journey with Anke, and Wall Pilates for Weight Loss. All of these workout series are suitable for beginners and seniors, and can be added to the Your Series collection so they can be easily found whenever you want to practice them. To do this, simply tap on the training set and tap the Join+ button.
Some workout series may change or become temporarily unavailable as we regularly test different series to ensure you get the best possible results and experience from the app.
Please note that the registration process, after you fill in your options and choose your goal and target areas, the app will create a personalized training plan based on the information you provide, so that the workouts included in your plan are comfortable and suitable for you. However, you can always customize the suggested plan to your liking in the Practice tab.
