The health of our users is our top priority, so we strongly recommend users speak with their doctor before starting any workout program. Our training app is calibrated for users at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of fitness and is not designed for people with special parameters beyond what’s considered medically acceptable. As we cannot provide medical guidance or create a rehabilitation program, please connect with your doctor.

During pregnancy, it’s crucial to connect with your healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program. Yoga-Go does not currently offer any specifically designed workout programs for pregnant women, and cannot accept any liability in respect to any activities that users may undertake through its use while pregnant.

What equipment do I need for my practice?

If you’re practicing yoga at home, you can get started right away without any special equipment. It’s recommended that you wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and won’t restrict your range of motion. While not required, a yoga mat can make your sessions easier as it can help prevent your hands and feet from slipping, ensuring you have a firm grip on the motions. Please note that for some types of training, a wall or chair may be recommended to support your balance or assist with certain poses.

When is the best time to do yoga?

The best thing about Yoga-Go is that it works around your schedule! Yoga does not demand a specific portion of your day—you are free to practice whenever works best for you. However, yoga has been a favorite morning practice of experts for centuries as a new day is believed to bring fresh air to breathe. When you wake up, your body may feel stiff unless you do a little stretching—plus, doing yoga in the morning will start your day off right.
