You can monitor your progress in the Activity tab of the app, however, if you notice that a workout or challenge isn’t showing up in this tab, first check to make sure your Internet connection is stable. You can change the connection source from Wi-Fi to mobile, or vice versa.

If your connection is stable and you have changed the source, but the issue still persists, we recommend clearing your cache. Go to Settings on your phone > General section > iPhone storage > Select the Yoga-Go app > Tap Offload App.

If clearing the cache doesn’t work, please restart your device or reinstall the app by following these steps:

1. Delete the app. 

2. Download it again.

3. Open the app and tap on the I already have an account button on the first screen.
